Pre-order Items: If you've purchased a pre-order item, please note that it will be clearly indicated on the product page. Pre-order items require additional time for production and fulfillment. Please allow up to 15-24 business days for your order to be shipped after the pre-order window closes. Pre-order windows typically close on Fridays for that week's batch.
International Orders: For our international customers, please be aware that we are not responsible for any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These additional charges must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for any international orders due to unpaid customs fees.
Shipping Carriers: We work with reputable shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your orders. Once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.
